the booking confirmation came immediately. they wait for you in the entrance hall. The driver contacted me via Whatsapp (so make sure to put your phone no when entering your details), he was on time, drove well, and drove me to my place on time.
car is clean and driver speaks English. You prepay your drive online so no need to pay in the car.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Every price is for the whole vehicle, not per person. You see the full price before you pay, and it does not change if your flight is late.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pick-up time automatically. Your driver waits for you at no extra cost.
Where do I meet my driver at Keflavík Airport?

Do you have child seats?
Yes, and they are free. Infant, toddler and booster seats are all available — ask for one while you book and write each child’s age and height in the notes, and we fit the right seat before we collect you. Icelandic law requires a child restraint for children under 135 cm, so a 10-year-old who is 130 cm still needs a booster.
